I recognize that in the course of providing professional services, clients may disclose sensitive, proprietary, or otherwise confidential information. This Privacy & Confidentiality Policy is intended to formalize my commitment to preserving the privacy and integrity of all such information in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

1. Scope of Confidentiality
All information provided by a client, whether orally, in writing, or in any other form, and whether provided before, during, or after the engagement, shall be deemed confidential. This includes, without limitation, business strategies, financial data, operational processes, intellectual property, customer information, and any other materials or data designated as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential under the circumstances.

2. Permitted Use of Information
Confidential information shall be used solely for the limited purpose for which the client engaged my services. Such information shall not be used for any other purpose without the client’s prior express written consent.

3. Non-Disclosure
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s prior written authorization, except:
(a) where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process; or
(b) to trusted subcontractors or service providers who require such information for the performance of services under the engagement, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those set forth herein.

4. Protection of Information
I will take reasonable and appropriate measures, consistent with industry standards, to safeguard confidential information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Duration of Confidentiality Obligations
The obligations set forth in this policy shall survive the termination or completion of the engagement for so long as the confidential information retains its confidential nature.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
